This insightful yoga class blends yin yoga (holding gentle yoga poses for 3 – 5 minutes), meditation, and journaling. Journal prompts range from reflective to creative, with each prompt changing as the poses change. There will also be space for quiet, short meditations. The class is designed to heighten participants’ awareness intelligence, mindfulness, and creativity. No prior yoga experience is required! Each pose can be modified for comfort. The class is meant to be a gentle experience for the body and an awakening experience for the heart and mind. Participants should bring a journal and pen. Yoga mats will be provided or you may bring your own.
