Join JEFF Award winning playwright Richard Gustin for an imaginative writing journey sure to excite and hone your writing skills in a mutually supportive environment. Through a series of original playwriting exercises from renowned playwrights, you will explore character development, plot, and setting. A jam-packed adventure of the playwriting/creative writing process!

Class meets online via Zoom. A link to join the class will be sent within 24 hours of the session.

Teaching Artist: Richard Gustin is a member of Actors’ Equity Association and has been seen in major roles at various regional theatres, including Milwaukee Repertory Theater, Milwaukee Chamber Theatre, Acacia Theatre, Kansas City Repetory Theatre, Cleveland’s Great Lakes Theater, John Michael Kohler Arts Cetner, and more. His plays include A Sparrow FallsBeing Seen, a FringeNYC Fan Favorite and JEFF Award winner; LeviathanWINKFound Objects and others. He is a professor emeritus of theatre in the University of Wisconsin system and was Director of Theatre at the Oshkosh-Fond du Lac campus for 25 years.
