Relax, unwind, and set your creative spirit free! This interactive workshop is all about unleashing your inner creative and taking the concept of play to heart. Pulling from the work of creative innovators like Lynda Barry and Austin Kleon, Stacy will lead participants through a series of fun exercises and activities, grounded in play and exploration, to get their creative juices flowing. The workshop will culminate in participants starting a piece of writing that creatively repurposes a certain memory. We’ll have a brief discussion about the nature of imagination and memory, focusing on where they intersect if, indeed, they do.

Class meets in person Wednesday, June 10, 6 – 8 pm.

Class size: Minimum 5. Maximum 15.
