In a moment when many communities are under duress, artists Dana Maya and Kate Vieira provide an opportunity to create and sustain a joyful literary community. They will offer strategies, prompts, and hands-on exercises to help participants think through their goals for their own writing practices and how those practices might be enriched by a larger literary community, with 'community' broadly defined. Participants will leave the session with an action plan and new friends!
Class meets in person Tuesday, October 13, 1 – 3 pm.
Class size: Minimum 5, maximum 15.
