How do places — homes, schools, houses of worship, locations in nature, cities, countries, continents — shape who we are and what we care about? This writing workshop is an opportunity to explore the role of places in our ways of seeing the world. Writing a poem or short piece of prose, we will also discover how rooting our writing in a place can help our work grow toward unexpected discoveries.

Class meets in person Saturday, August 10, noon – 2 pm.

Class size: Minimum 5, maximum 12.
