Have you ever wondered what answers, ideas, creative sparks, and healing lies behind the 24/7 thinking mind? Join Marjasana in this experience of opening the voice and the ears to your inner world, and then write about it. Each week's session will have a slightly different theme, and all of them will begin with a visualiziation/meditation, voice activation as a group, and relaxing into an integrative sound healing journey. After a short transition to a soft awakening, participants will write what they are aware of after the experience. Writing prompts will be available as well. There are no prerequisites to this class other than a willingness to leave the outer world behind for this hour-and-a-half of inner journeying. Bring a yoga mat if you prefer to lie down for the sound healing portion of the class.
Class meets in-person, Sundays, October 5, 12, 19, and 26, 10 – 11:30 am. A free introductory program is offered on Sunday, September 28.
Class size: Minimum 5. Maximum 15.
