Matthew’s novel, Football in Heaven, is the story of a young football fan diagnosed with a fatal heart disease. This program is presented free and is open to all ages. About the Author
Matthew Nebel wrote his first work of fiction when he was ten years old, a 13-page story about a boy and his football team trying to win the championship. Ever since then, he has had a deep passion for influencing the world in a positive way through storytelling. Football in Heaven was written mostly during his time at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, where he studied English and Spanish Education.
